My dad and my brother are becoming world class photographers (j/k) but they are good and do lots of weddings and they get to taste lots of fun foods at the wedding receptions. A couple of weeks ago they did a wedding in Flat Rock, NC and found a cheese ball they both loved . . . and believe it or not got the recipe!! It is lots of fun to go home and visit with my parents – my mom has the most beautiful antiques in the world. (She really does and such good taste too!) So, she puts out the ingredients and makes this tasty dip . . . thought you might enjoy the recipe and the results too. (And seeing a few of my mom’s treasures.)
