I have fallen in love with Etsy.com and all the beautiful handmade items that are available. For example, the delightful tags made by Everyjotandtittle . . . oh, they are so sweet! And people show how they have used her tags - just look at the neat journaling on the scrapbooking pages that were done! They look really nice. So, wanting to do my own thing I went looking for that die that makes cool scalloped edges and found another “got to have item” called Nestabilities and wow! they give you so much bang for your buck as far as dies go! Turns out the whole world has ordered these and they are on backorder just about everywhere which gives me time to make some decisions. You have to have a die cutter to use them and I do own the little Sidekick - a wonder of a tool, but only takes the small flat dies. My options for the die cutter has dwindled down to 3 - the Wizard, the Sizzix and the Cuttlebug. When I visited Archivers the other day the sales girl and I discussed it, they only sell the Sizzix - and she said everyone that works there loves the Cuttlebug, and from the reviews online - that is the way I am leaning. Shoo - it gets overwhelming. And then . . . after all that, the decision of stamps . . . They will be so beautiful, versatile and fun to work with! I can’t wait!

I am so thankful for good friends. They pray with you, they love on you. And even though you aren’t with them always, you are on their heart. What a gift is a friend.

What a love story. We lost a sweet and wonderful lady today. Greg’s grandmother went home to heaven . . . and to her best friend and husband of over 70 years. She only stayed with us two short months after he left. Her heart was broken. Now our hearts are broken. She was loved dearly and will be missed so much. She is with her Lord and her valentine now. Thank you Lord for letting me know and love this great lady.
Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. John 11:25
